Train accidents and other means of public transportation (subway, trams, ferry, etc.)

We claim compensation for material damages and personal injuries of any traveller or user who has been injured as a result of an accident occured in a public collective means of tranportation.

We do claim compensation

for both body damages incurred (such as death or incapacity) and health care assistance covered by the public means of transportation’s insurance company. Compulsory travel insurance establishes a liability in case of collision, rear-end crashes, vehicle rollovers, burning, explosion, among many others, including accidents occurring before the departure – when the means of transport is ready to be used by the travellers- as well as accidents occurried just after the itinerary. At the same time, it covers those accidents happening while entering and getting off the public means of transportation. It also comprises those in the midst of the baggage delivery.

On the other hand, we demand for material damages and personal injuries

of any traveller or user who has been injured as a result of a normal or abnormal functioning of the public service. We study the feasibility and initiate an administrative claim to the responsible administration, follow the ongoing proceedings until the completion of the administrative file. When aplicable, we file an appeal with the contentious administrative or file the corresponding demand.

We also claim compensation directly to the transportation company for material damages and personal injuries sufferedy by any traveller or user as a consequence of a lack of maintenance of the public means of transport, or due to a reckless or human error in the driving.

In case that the accidents involve a criminal offence, we will pursue on behalf of the injured any aplicable criminal actions against who is responsible.
